Splector Meeting

5 Splectors gather at one of their planetary outposts to share the knowledge they've collected with other Splectors and explorers. Of course all data Splectors record in their notebooks is automatically entered into the grand notebook possessed by the Grand Splector, but you have to travel to thier homeworld in order to read it. So sometimes its easier to just see if a Splector with the info you seek is at one of these outposts. In order to gain access to the outposts you must have a Splector Journal some outposts require you to have a certian ammount of data collected in order to enter.
